When you first login to your QuickSpinner account, you start out in the Setup Your Article screen. This is where you will spend most of your time, editing and adding spin tags to your articles. On the bottom of this screen, there is an editable text area, just underneath the two tabs, Edit and Select. In Edit mode, this text area allows you to type in free form text. You can type in your initial article here, or copy and paste in an existing article.
When you are ready to add spin tags to your article, then click on the Select tab to switch to Select mode. In this mode, you will can select the text you want to add spin tags to. You can perform the standard drag select, or just click a word and it will automatically get highlighted. Anything you select will appear in the variations box in the top left which contains the variations for the selected word or phrase. To add a new variation, just press enter to start a new line. As you type in variations, notice that your article is updated with the proper spin tags.
QuickSpinner can also find synonyms for your selected words. It utilizes the synonym database at http://words.bighugelabs.com. If it is able to find synonyms for the selected word, then they will appear in the top right area. Clicking on a synonym will automatically create a new variation which will appear in the variations box.
QuickSpinner currently supports importing and exporting articles from Article Automation (AMA) and MyArticleNetwork (MAN). This allows you to reuse your articles from these two services use them with other article submission services as well.
To import an article, go to Edit mode and paste in your AMA or MAN formatted article into the box. Then click the Import link and a dialog will popup. Make sure ‘AMA’ is the selected option and hit ok. Your article will then be converted to the standard QuickSpinner spin format.
To export an article, click the Export link and a dialog will popup. Make sure ‘AMA’ is the selected option and hit ok. The article will then be converted to the proper AMA spin format.
Tokens, a feature popularized by Magic Article Rewriter allows you to save specified spin tokens for reuse in future articles. For example, lets say we often add the variation {few|several|many} to our articles. To save a token as you are editing, just click the Add Token link and the current variation will be saved. Then, whenever you click on theApply Tokens link, each of your saved tokens will be applied to your article.
You can also manage your tokens from the Manage Tokens tab. Here, you can add, edit or delete any of your saved tokens.
Once you have added all the spin tags to your article, click on The Spin It tab to spin your article. This will choose a random variation from each of your spin tags and generate a unique article for you. Click on the Spin again link to keep generating a new random version. Click Save Article to save a copy of your article as a text file to a location on your computer.
